The Bealach Mountaineering Club isn’t only about mountaineering!

Our club is a small group of people who love walking, trekking and climbing and who really appreciate being outdoors in the Scottish Highlands, Europe or even further away.

We are a diverse group of people who have a healthy respect for the countryside (as well as each other!) and we meet once a month to trek and walk in different parts of Scotland as well as once a year to visit the hills and mountains of a European or far-flung country.

To make the most of ‘The Great Outdoors’ and to enjoy their time on the hills potential members should be responsible for their own well-being and safety.

Club members are based in central Scotland and we regularly organise events and socials welcoming suggestions from our club members about events to attend and activities to take part in.

Joining Bealach MC will allow you to join us on our organised weekend treks and to become a member of MCofS with all the benefits that it provides.
Club members receive regular communications about ‘meets’, socials and other organised club activities and our website is regularly updated with information and photos.
